Wow, I think I followed my plan exactly this past week. The two recipes from the Biggest Loser Cookbook came out delicious. Not that the children really agreed with that assessment. After reading the comment by Sara last week I decided to make my breakfast burritos for Thursday's dinner. If I hadn't started it early we wouldn't have finished it though. I decided to make homefries to go with them. Can't remember what else was going on, but things just seemed so crazy and stressful. Fortunately I had help getting it made. Thank you hubby. I love broccoli in my eggs, so we had broccoli, mushrooms and onion scrambled up in eggs with some cheese and Virginia baked deli ham.
Here is this week's menu:
Monday: Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup (as I have sick children. It was supposed to be chicken and rice with gravy and a side salad.)
Tuesday: Hot Dog Boats with leftover canned veges.
Wednesday: Teriyaki Tofu and broccoli (BLC)
Thursday: Breakfast For Dinner Thursday ("Oatmeal" Pancakes with sausage links)
Friday: Tacos (requested by 14 year old daughter)
Saturday: Lasagna (requested by hubby. Besides pizza, this is his favorite and we haven't had it in a while)
