This past week went pretty good. I followed the plan except for on Friday when my daughter had a doctor's appointment an hour away and we ended going out to eat. So we had Subway instead that day and had the baked fish on Saturday. Which moved the pizza to Sunday, which was fine, because we had leftovers for lunch after church. The only bummer was we had to order pizza because our bread machine (which is what I use to make my pizza dough) didn't work right. I ended up with a lumpy, floury mess. Hopefully it is not completely ruined, we love our homemade pizza recipe. The recipes from the Biggest Loser Cookbook were delicious. We will be trying some more recipes this week.

Monday: Pecan-Crusted Chicken (BLC), pasta and salad
Tuesday: Tuna Noodle Casserole
Wednesday: Southwestern Chicken Pileup (BLC)
Thursday: Breakfast For Dinner Thursday (I am still trying to think of something simple as my daughter has her "Dessert Theater" at school that night.
Friday: Salmon Burgers with Parmesan-Pepper Sweet Potato Fries (BLC)
Saturday: Turkey Burgers and salad

ReplyDeleteWhen we need a quick breakfast meal - I have personal issues with it for dinner, but seriously it's just me and I would never press my twisted views on anyone - we call it egg mess. We throw all the stuff for omelets into the pan and scramble it up. We will also take muffin mixes and make them into pancakes.
