I have to mention one thing, once you get used to using a menu plan if you take a week off, you can definitely tell the difference. At least I could. I didn't really mean to take a week off. I had plans to post a menu plan later in the morning, then our internet was down. I know, I could have still written a menu to use, but I just didn't have the same motivation. Sad, I know. So, last week was spent scrounging around last minute again. Not this week.
Here is this week's menu:
Monday: Homemade chicken nuggets and various dips, with bread and butter. Side salad.
Tuesday: Pancakes and sausage
Wednesday: Broiled chicken cutlets (honey mustard and French dressing covered), brown rice and green beans
Thursday: Breakfast For Dinner Thursday: Hubby had requested quiche last week and I never got it made, so I will make it this week.
Friday: Homemade sloppy joes, tater tots and glazed carrots.
Saturday: Lasagna and salad
Sunday: Leftovers

ReplyDeleteOne of your new followers from the Mom Blog Monday. I have seen so many blogs with menu-plan entries and it makes me so jealous of your organizational skills! I really need to force myself to sit down and do this- its hard though because my hubby and I eat different things at almost every meal! http://layneslovelylife.blogspot.com
