This week we are again having quiche by request of hubby. I love this great basic quiche recipe. This is the second time I used it. This time I only had to make one quiche so I combined ham with broccoli. Instead of swiss cheese we had colby/jack and it was delicious. I am thinking I should either lower the temperature a tad or cook it a little bit less. The crust got a little brown, even with the foil protecting it. But hubby loved it. And...the girls didn't really care for it. Oh well, I liked it too. Great basic recipe if you are looking for a quiche recipe. We also had leftover peanut butter pancakes from Tuesday.
What did you have this week for breakfast... at dinner time.

Sometime in February (see link) we made pancakes for dinner....something my grandson said mommy doesnt do....but grandma does....
ReplyDeleteI should try this. I love having breakfast for dinner. A few days ago I had a breakfast burrito for dinner and I frequently make pancakes or waffles for dinner. Of course, I love to save extra waffles/pancakes for breakfast a day or two later too!

I frequently have breakfast for dinner, but I never blog about it. You give me incentive to do so. lol Thank you so much for all your link ups at NOBH. Have a wonderful week, Carla!
