It's that time of year again. The middle of winter. As depressing as some may find that, the middle of winter also brings a great holiday.
What a special day. A day to think about all the special people in our lives whom we love and are loved by. Of course, that brings to mind one of my favorite Bible Verses:
For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
It's the middle of winter, but spring will come again. God is faithful. What an amazing day we have in Valentine's Day that we can celebrate LOVE.
I'm sure there are many out there in the blogosphere that are going to celebrate this day. Are you going to make crafts with your children? Are you going to make valentines for them to share with their friends? Are you going to read Valentine's Day books? Are you going to make Valentine's Day snacks? What ever kind of activity you do, I would love for you to link up in the linky below so we can share it with other moms (or dads) who may be looking for ideas.
Head on over to my Q lesson from 2010 to see what we did with these materials:
If you head over to the above mentioned link you will also find out how we made these delicious tarts:

I would love for you to share a post, either something you have done this year or something from previous years. You can spread the word by grabbing my Valentines Activities Link Up button and posting it on your blog. Let others know there is a place they can share their ideas and/or find something to do with their children.
Happy Valentine's Day!!!!
