Now, onto the mystery concoction:
I posted about this in our weekly school time post this weekend. We were making Rainbow Stew. It is a combination of sugar, water, cornstarch and food coloring. Obviously the above picture was taken before the addition of the food coloring. The reason I asked for your opinion, is because as it was sitting on the stove I almost reached over and took a bite absentmindedly because out of the corner of my eye it looked like mashed potatoes. (Even though I knew I hadn't cooked any.)
