Muffin Tin Monday: B is for Broken

AnotherLunch
This week's theme was Ocean. However, seeing as we just did a Ocean/Octopus muffin tin back in April when we were doing our Oo:Ocean unit, I decided not to make one at this time. Instead, daddy suggested a "Broken" muffin tin, as we are finishing up our letter B this week.

The girls had:
Broken Nutty Bars
Broken carrots
A handful of raisins for a fruit
Broken pretzel rod and cheese slice torn in two.
Peanut butter and jelly sandwich, torn, not cut.

 Wouldn't you know the girls were trying to find ways to make it fit with our butterfly theme.
Raisins=eggs
Carrots=caterpillars
Nutty Bars=chrysalises (all wrapped up in chocolate, don't you know.)
Pretzel rod=butterfly body
Sandwich=butterfly wings
extra half of a pretzel rod=another caterpillar.

(I told my girls they are going to make great muffin tins for their children when they grow up as they have great imaginations.)

If you noticed that Harold wasn't sitting at the table, it is because he isn't feeling well. He fell asleep on my lap and was feeling warm, so I laid him in the playpen.
