As I mentioned in my last muffin tin post I was thinking of making a Columbus Day tin for today. I have made Columbus Day muffin tins the last couple of years and decided to continue the tradition. I actually used ideas from the last 2 years. Very simple really.
Our Nina, Pinta and Santa Maria are all made out of peanut butter and apple butter sandwiches with cheese sails this year.
Then we have:
Lettuce seaweed
Marshmallow clouds and moon/star sprinkles over yogurt
Fish Crackers
Biscuit compass
My how they have grown!
