I have decided that I will NOT make homemade macaroni and cheese at the same time I am making the homemade chicken nuggets. Way too much hassle. I made a few modifications (way too hot for lasagna the other day, spaghetti worked much better). And the fish was changed to pizza. I have got to start planning meals that won't heat up the house so much. But first, I have to make hubby his lasagna. Fortunately the first couple of days this week will be cooler.
Here is this week's menu:
Monday: Lasagna with side salad
Tuesday: Crispy Fish Fillets with boiled potatoes and canned carrots
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Chili with cheese and onions, saltine crackers
Thursday: Breakfast For Dinner Thursday: Breakfast Pizza
Friday: Tacos
Saturday: Broiled chicken, shell pasta and side salad
Sunday: Leftovers
