I will start with Scavenger Hunt Sunday as always, this week's prompts again came from the Photo-A-Day prompts.
Day 4: Table, Day 5: I Collect, Day 6: Music, Day 7: Yes!, Day 8: Someone I Miss
Day 4: Table
Day 5: I Collect
Day 6: Music
Day 7: Yes!
Day 3: P is for...
Day 9: Mine
Day 10: Book
This poor school table has sure seen its share of paint and glue and who knows what else.
Day 5: I Collect
Actually, I don't really collect anything anymore. I was going to say memories but I don't have my tub of pictures as my daughter is borrowing it. I used to have a nice unicorn collection. This unicorn clock is the last one I have left...and it doesn't even work. I just can't bear to part with it.
Day 6: Music
Tabitha was walking around shaking this yesterday and suddenly I was singing Jingle Bells. I guess it is that time of year.
Day 7: Yes!
Yes! I found a wheat-free recipe for pancakes. I just decided to try going wheat-free to try to improve my health. We usually have Breakfast for Dinner on Thursday nights and I wasn't sure what I was going to eat. These Oat Pancakes were a pretty good substitute.
Day 8: Someone I miss
(Actually I have a few people I could picture. I don't see my older daughter hardly at all anymore because she lives with her dad, but she wouldn't like me putting her picture on my blog. I miss my dad who passed away 6 years ago, but I don't have any pictures of him. I also miss my son who I hardly get to see anymore, but he also would not be happy with me sharing his picture on my blog. So... I am going to do without a picture.
Photo-a-Day: Though we used 5 of the prompts already, there are still a few I need to share.
Day 3: P is for...
I finally gave in and made my husband the pumpkin pie he had been begging for.
Day 9: Mine
Some of my various knick-knacks that have been given to me over the years.
Day 10: Book
I love when I look over and see that one of my daughters has their nose stuck in a book!!
It is that time of year again. Time to join in with Kristi at Live and Love Out Loud and Rebecca at Bumbles and Light for their Fall Nurture Photography Challenge.
I love that table. Just imagine all that has gone on with it.
ReplyDeleteI love your table picture. The bell for music is cool, too. I miss all my children, too. I don't get to see any of them enough.
ReplyDeleteI've been thinking about making a pumpkin pie for my boyfriend as well.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful collection of photos! I like that old unicorn clock, and your leaf photos are wonderful.
ReplyDeleteVery lovely brownish finds! Especially the last one! :)
ReplyDeleteI do love your browns and would love to spend an afternoon sitting on that fabulous covered porch!
