This week we were working on color mixing, extending our fun with the book Colors for Zena by Monica Wellington. This is such a cute book and I can't wait to share my review with you. (Stay tuned, because there is going to be a chance to win your very own copy of this book.)

We just made a yellow cake (from a boxed mix) and then the girls and I had fun mixing colors. They had a chance to decorate a cake, almost all by themselves.
