I continue to try to eat fresh produce even if the quality is not the best, and I try to resist the cravings for all the yummy pumpkin desserts!
ReplyDeleteI don't do anything different during the holiday season. I work out 5 days a week usually, sometimes 6. I run, take spinning and body pump and do the elliptical. I also do some HIIT so since I eat about the same during the holidays, I don't do too much different during the holidays as the rest of the year.
ReplyDeleteI love using a support group to help me stay on track!!!
ReplyDeleteTry to eat sensible and get a lot of rest.
