Welcome back to Toddler Idea Tuesdays! Sorry I haven't posted for a couple of weeks. We didn't have anything new to post and I couldn't find all the projects that I said I would share. And last week was our week off of school. We are back in gear and ready to share!
Have you been busy with your young children?
This week's feature is from Excite and Explore. She has started a new Letter of the Week series with her little guy and has some really fun idea. In addition to her sensory pan, you will want to check out her ant snack and stamping craft.

Last time I posted I promised that I would share finished art work from what we have been working on with My Father's World 1st grade. I wanted to have a craft to go with each unit so the younger ones could join in.
Here are some of the fun crafts we have been making. Any links will lead you to where I found the craft if it was not my own idea.

We made ant hills covered with fingerprint ants to go with our devotional story, "Ants, ants, ants."
We made Geckos to go with "Disappearing Tails." These were supposed to be covered with bubble wrap to give it some texture but the children didn't want to make them that way for some reason.
We made symmetrical butterflies to go with, "Monarch Miracle."
For our science exploration on week 3 we took apart a rose. After our observations were done, we used the petals to make hearts for daddy. This is Harold's:
We made Hand Print Monkeys in a Tree to go with "Monkey Business."
We made Hand Print Frogs to go with "Eggs, Polliwogs and Frogs."
We made shoe print sloths to go with "Three-Toed Patience."
The memory verse for Week 6 is "Pleasant words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones," so we made these Bubble Wrap Beehives.

I would love to have you join in this week! What sort of activities do you do with your toddler? Do you have some favorite activities you would like to share? I invite you to link up below. I will be pinning posts on my Toddler Ideas board and I would love to feature some of the activities each week from what is linked up. Please know I may share a picture from your post and link back to it, along with sharing how we used your idea in our toddler time. By linking up you are giving me permission to use a picture from your post. I will ALWAYS give credit and link back. Additionally, if you choose to try out any of the ideas with your toddler, please make sure you give credit where credit is due.
Linky will be open through Sunday night, to give me time to check out all the posts and get the Features organized.
