Muffin Tin Monday: Thanksgiving Leftovers

Muffin Tin Monday at Muffintinmom.com

We celebrated Thanksgiving on Wednesday last week because hubby had to work on Thanksgiving. So, on Thanksgiving I gave the girls a muffin tin lunch using Thanksgiving Dinner leftovers.

The main attraction  was our turkey made from a roll for the body and mashed potatoes rolled into a ball for the head with green pepper strips for the tail and cut up grapes for the facial features.

We also had leftover turkey with gravy, apples and grapes, leftover green bean casserole, sweet potato casserole and cranberry sauce.

And this is what Harold ate. Poor kid.
