She just can't seem to put books down these days. I really didn't expect her to be so interested in reading Harry Potter at 8 years old. However, she is almost done with Goblet of Fire and she only started a week or so ago. She's read another 70+ pages since I took this picture yesterday afternoon.
Looking forward to seeing your Wordless (or not so wordless) Wednesday posts this week.
She looks well into it...Do Not Disturb LOL
ReplyDeleteHave a readtastic week :-)
Aw, how cute... Super sweet shots - thanks for sharing! :)
ReplyDeleteVery nice. Keep her reading.
ReplyDeletelove seeing kids read :)
ReplyDeleteSo wonderful that you are raising an avid reader!
ReplyDeleteMy girls all love their books.
ReplyDeleteMy 8 year old is into that to! The books just get longer. I can't get my youngest to love reading though. He's more of a math kid.
ReplyDeleteAwww! I absolutely LOVE it!! My post this week is about the love of reading too!!
ReplyDeleteI'm so impressed that she is reading that well at just 8 years old! My son is also 8 but doesn't like reading yet.
ReplyDeleteI'm hoping that changes - his father and I are avid readers. You homeschool them, right? You are doing a great job!
What a keen reader! My son just started learning how to read and now he wont stop as well!
ReplyDeleteAwww, wonderful to get totally lost in a book. X
ReplyDeleteAww looks like she is extremely content.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely capture; it's lovely to see children interested in reading so early - an essential love to cultivate in them from a very early age. #WordlessWednesday
