Where does the rain come from?

I only got an answer out of Tabitha this week:

Tabitha: The sky.

Mom: How does it get there?

Tabitha: By falling and pouring.  Just like my verse of it...Raining, raining, pouring.  The rain falls hard.

If there's fire it will get us hot and dry stuff.
