Yes, you read that right. I was getting ready to make breakfast and spied this little guy on the edge of our roaster!!
Peek a boo
Daddy to the rescue.
Back where you belong little guy.
Wait, just a few more pictures.
Bye bye! Don't come back in the house please.
Looking forward to seeing your Wordless (or not so wordless) Wednesday posts this week.
I respect snakes but am not scared of them. Glad this little fellow was returned to his proper home!
ReplyDeleteI hope you'll come link up at this week's party:

He's a beauty. Though, I agree -I wouldn't welcome him back for another indoors visit. Wild snakes belong in the wild :)
ReplyDeleteWhat an adventure for the kids though!
ReplyDeleteWe get snakes in our pool and I stay farrr away. I would flip my lid if we got one in the kitchen!
ReplyDeleteThat was one pet my kids never chose, everything else though and I was happy about that.
ReplyDeleteHope you have a great week!
Holy Smokes! Scary!! Great pictures, though!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness! That would have freaked me out.
ReplyDeleteOddly enough,We got a snake in our kitchen nearly 2 weeks ago. Totally freaked me out! I saw the little sucker's tail hanging out from under the refrigerator, thank goodness the hubby was home! The hubby moved out the Fridge and got him and put him in a canning jar and proceeded to look him up on the internet by his markings and the shape of his head, It was a rat snake and apparently, according to the internet, rat snakes try to get in to houses, for what purpose I cannot imagine! Yours looks somewhat like ours without the head markings. So, Ours went back out to nature many blocks away from our home!
