Wordless Wednesday: July 3, 2019 (w/linky) - My Favorite View

Today's photo a day prompt was "My Fave View," and for the majority of the day I was trying to figure out what local landscape view I should take a picture of. Which view is my favorite? I debated going through my archive to find some favorite views from different times of the year. Then, when Harold and I were walking across the street to the store, I looked over and realized what my favorite view is, seeing my children so engrossed in a book that they don't want to put it down.

So,  of course, I had to then call them outside for a photo shoot. I got a few shots of just these three while Amelia was trying to find her books.

Then Amelia joined us.

And yes, she brought out two books.

Wordless Wednesday: Aug 22, 2012 (w/linky)- Fun Photo Shoot

My older son wanted to take some photos in the park this weekend of both his girlfriend's children and my little ones. Unfortunately when we finally got over there his camera was out of battery power and my camera batteries where on the charger. So, we didn't get as many photos as planned, but he did get a few and I got some cute ones with my cell phone. Unfortunately I can't get his copied to share. I think what we did get was pretty good for a cell phone.

Oh, and by the way, Baby Harold turned 6 months old last week. 

Here are some of my traditional month pictures:

I love this outfit and I never got a picture of him in it. I am so glad a got a few shots with him wearing it because it looks like he won't fit into it much longer.

I have to share this one, however, if you prefer to not see spit up you may close your eyes. Right after I got his outfit changed and set him up on the couch for the set of shots with his Picky Sticky month sticker he decided to spit up. I quickly finished the pictures instead of changing him. I didn't even realize I had actually taken the picture as he spit up until I was viewing them on the computer.
