I think I'll make these with my granddaughters tomorrow. I am diabetic and can't eat it, but they will love it. My Saturday girls are 5,6, and 8. You have gorgeous kids. Glad I found your blog.

ReplyDeleteI have a now 3 year old who likes to help in the kitchen. I do think the only lesson she has learned so far is mommy has OCD. lol I feel bad because I find it hard to let her help but I need to get over it and just let her make messes and help out. This looks like a fun recipe.

ReplyDeleteFirst of all, these bars look delcious. I love cooking in the kitchen with my kiddos. It is a great lesson in math, chemistry and so much more...plus there's that whole quality time together thing it's got going for it!
