I actually tried to use this book as a prize over at my Turn My Life Around blog. Unfortunately I had no takers for my weight loss challenge.

I have really enjoyed reading the stories in this book and I hope one of my readers will find it just as encouraging.
I plan to keep this giveaway open for the month of May, the time frame that I will be participating in the new challenge over at The Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans called May Your Way. I have found great motivation and accountability by joining these challenges. In fact I have lost 33 pounds since I started my weight loss journey at the beginning of the year.
