Pretty Nods Review and Giveaway

I discovered a very talented lady while I was blog hopping last month. Alaythea, from Rock 'N' Roll Hideaway, has some really creative and beautiful accessories that she was willing to share with me and one of my readers. Her Etsy shop is called Pretty Nods.  Here is her description of her shop:

Handmade accessories to make your nod a little prettier and to add a little whimsy to any lifestyle! Each item is unique and there won't be another one made exactly like it. "Matching" headbands or rosette clips can be made for events such as weddings - please contact me with details if you choose to do something like this. Depending on the detail will determine the price!

I love the headbands that she has made. You can tell she takes pride in her work and is very meticulous. When I wasn't sure if her regular headbands would fit Amelia, she made a stretchy headband so I could give it to Amelia to try out.  These weren't actually in her shop yet and I was thrilled that she offered it. Amelia loves to wear her new headband. (Hannah loves to wear it as a necklace, typical Hannah.)

Alaythea hand cuts the materials and forms them into flowers and then places them on the headband.

Here are some pictures of Amelia wearing the headband. Don't mind the expression, she really does love her headband, she was just in one of her moods.

Alaythea doesn't just make headbands though. Over at Pretty Nods you can find Slouch hats and t-shirt necklaces. Another new creation is her t-shirt scarves.
