Wordless Wednesday: December 19, 2018 (w/linky) - More Melk Fun!

Every weekday morning, Melk is ready for something different for us to do to focus on God during this Advent season. Sometimes, we don't get to them right away, but we do try.

Making a nativity scene

We put it under our Advent Countdown Tree

Making a Gingerbread Village

Planting Candy Cane seeds

Reading The Legend of the Candy Cane and talking about the symbolism found in the candy cane.

Making Peppermint Candy Cane Cookies to take to the church Christmas program.

Mr. Matt, the Venture Club leader, personally invited Melk to our program. Melk was thrilled. Here they were making crafts.

Then it was time for the songs and performances.

And then it was snack time.

Here Melk and his friends are excited to see the Christmas tree and can't wait for us to get it up so it can get decorated. That was two days ago. We actually only just got it up today.

Looking forward to seeing your Wordless (or not so wordless) Wednesday posts this week.

No button currently, and there won't be one until I can figure it out seeing as Photobucket has changed things. Feel free to still share the picture in place of the button on your Wordless Wednesday post or in a list of Wordless Wednesday linkies. Just link it to my Wordless Wednesday permalink please.
