- A seasonal round-up (usually toward the beginning of the month)
- Posts where I share what I have been up to with my preschoolers and/or early elementary children (including occasional highlight posts where I share how we used ideas that have been linked up here on Littles Learning Link Up).
Each week, I will host a link up, where you can share either what you have been up to recently, or old posts that may go with the theme. Feel free to link up more than one post.
Each week I will continue to feature a couple of posts from those that have been linked up.
I hope you will continue to share your wonderful posts, and I hope you will find something new to try with your child.
It would be great for everyone to stop by and visit the other linked-up posts as well. Check them out, leave some comments, pin those that interest you. Let's make this a real party and socialize with each other.
It's time for this month's Round Up
Christmas is coming! Less than three weeks to go! Can you believe it? I'm having a hard time believing the fact that 2017 is almost over. Doesn't it feel like it just begun? Anyhow, Christmas is a very special time of year for us. We love spending December looking forward to the celebration of the birth of our Lord and Savior. I love to create and do different crafts that help us to focus on the true meaning of this holiday. We also read lots of books, the most important being the Bible of course. But there really are some neat storybooks that help us focus on Jesus too. I love being able to share these round ups to help you, my readers, find ways to focus on Jesus as well.
This year I thought I would focus on angels, those important messengers of God. We love to hear how the angel Gabriel came to Mary to tell her she was going to have Baby Jesus, and how a multitude of the heavenly host came first to the humble shepherds to tell them the wonderful news. So, why not focus on different angel activities to help remember the important part they played.
