Today we have a St. Patrick's Day Rainbow Muffin Tin. We just started our V:Vegetable Unit and I decided to combine produce with rainbows in our lesson time and with our lunch. Later today we are making Rainbow Vegetable Pizzas.
They had:
Red Strawberries
Orange Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Yellow Pineapple Chunks
Green Salad
Blue Blueberries
Purple Jell-O
Pot Shaped Toast
Scrambled Egg Gold

So cute! The egg "gold" was genius! Beautiful tie in to rainbow and vegetable themes.
