Wordless Wednesday: April 11, 2012 (w/linky): Resurrection Sunday

Our Resurrection Garden Saturday night

I put Peeps in the two plastic eggs and left one empty to represent the empty tomb.

Deviled Egg Chicks for breakfast.
(The deviled egg chicks are not my idea, I saw the idea floating around the web in quite a few places so I don't know where the original credit should go)

However, the nest was my idea:

I thought they needed nests.
Blueberry muffin with a little dip cut out, into which I put Cool Whip and green tinted coconut.

We hunted for eggs after church. This gave it enough time to warm up so we could hunt outside.

  2. I love your creativity with egg decoration, especially the deviled eggs. The empty egg says best what the day is about--the tomb was empty, He is Risen!
