Hello!!! I found you thru the Meet Me Monday bloghop, following you thru google and liked your page on Facebook. I would love this book because I'm having a hard time Just Getting Started!!! Ugh. I'm not gaining weight anymore but I'm sure as heck not loosing any yet either! Hope to pick up some tips.
